Frustrations of Customer Service

Before I ramble - let me advise. This blog will no longer allow anonymous postings.
We have had several postings - some of a negative nature and some of the SPAMMING TYPE.
That was not the intent of this blog - it is for the heart.
We have all dealt with frustrating customer service - but in all my years of retail ( I worked at 31 Flavors and later a store like Home Depot - and I have been a customer, a pastor and community leader) and people involvelment I have never had the run-around, frustration that has come as a result of a major company unable to provide me with customer service and understanding as it relates to the DSL at our church. We are coming up on ONE MONTH without working DSL at our church and for our church staff - I won't tell you all the problems this has caused and the extra work it now entails - What did we do before email, computers, research on the web and the glory of CUT AND PASTE (we now type all the scriptures for sermons, powerpoint and the like - by hand) poor us! So, soon the LFC weekly will ride again, the blog will be updated more often and you will be able to read the ramblings of Bernie Federmann once again.
In the meantime, we have ordered a new company to provide us with DSL - due to the fact some other companies want twice the price and from our research, cable DSL is not perfected yet. Someone said: how about Lompoc Wi-Fi - ah, hello? I do need DSL soon and I think by the time the Lompoc Wi-Fi is working we will be able to get free monthly Wi-Fi with the purchase of a full tank of gas purchase.
