Serving Others - It is our Call !
We must live to follow the example of Jesus - serving, giving, uplifting, directing, challenging and laying down our lives. We then must live to serve others offering them joy, healing and hope. We must serve with compassion, with passion and love without expectation of a return. Love without strings! Serving others is about giving away the best of what we have and what we are, so that everyone who finds us can find their way to an ultimate relationship with God. Our destiny is to serve others the blessings, grace and the "food" that we have been served. Let's grab our servants towel - get up from our tables and find places to serve others - find a need and fill it, in Jesus' name.

This is so very true. Since coming to LFC, I have seen what this ministry does for the community & it's members - with no strings attached. Pastor B, we admire your dedication, vision, and tireless efforts that you have displayed to the church, and to us. We came to LFC not knowing what to expect, or how we would be received. But we are confident that God has called us to serve under your leadership, and as we have made LFC our home we are embrasing the concept of doing church as a team (because 1 person cant do it all) and we have "never" known that serving God & others could be this good. And as we are finding our place in this ministry we will uphold the values of this ministry. Just to add, your tireless efforts go un-noticed, and it inspires others to fulfill their rightful calling in this church. And I believe that one day I can be that armor bearer at your side. Be encouraged!
