What are you attempting to do that requires God?

We all have gifts and talents - energy, connections and capability to get many things done. But there are some things that only God can do in and through us! Jesus said: "Apart from me you cannot bear any fruit - fruit that will remain." What are you attempting to do that unless He shows up you are doomed to failure? In their book, Built to Last, Collins and Porras, talk about "Big Hairy Audacious Goals," or BHAGs. These are goals that are so large and compelling that they call people to unite together as a team to achieve the seemingly impossible. But even with a team (and many of us go it alone) without God the BHAGs are just that - goals or dreams. Where is God in your dream or goal? Do you even need Him or can you do it on your own?
